If you are a Partner, Reseller or direct Client and require support we encourage you to use the Support Portal to raise queries. Links to online support resources are also included within deployed systems. They are available from the Administration menu (some times called Admin).

Click this link to login to the Support Portal. Customer Administrators can arrange for their staff to have logins to access this facility as required. You may also submit a query though the Contact screen (Please note for a priority response you should always use the Support Portal).
